Section 1 General Introduction and Eligibility

anc77 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "platform" or "site") is an online betting and casino service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and anc77.

If required documents are not provided in time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Section 3 Account Security and User Responsibilities

Ensuring the security of your anc77 account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone.

• Keep your password strong and unique.
• Log out at the end of every session, especially from shared devices.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
• The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out through the account.

Section 4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

anc77 supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for all methods).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account termination.
• Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if a payment verification process is ongoing.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the method used for the deposit.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, a withdrawal may be temporarily held.

Section 5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

anc77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Specific conditions apply to each bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. To claim this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

• The bonus will be eligible for withdrawal after completing a wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) the total amount of the original deposit and bonus funds.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per member.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are usable only on designated games — details will be specified on the promotions page.
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• anc77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses and cashback benefits under the VIP program are subject to separate rules.

5.3 VIP Program

anc77 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, the Silver tier offers up to 0.5%, and the Gold tier offers up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on consistent and active activity on the platform.

Section 6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The anc77 platform offers sports betting (including cricket, football and kabaddi), live casino, slots, fishing games and various other games. The following rules apply to all gameplay:

• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, anc77 reserves the right to decide — the bet may be cancelled or the original stake returned.
• If an error is found in displayed odds or payout information, the relevant bet may be cancelled.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or left incomplete, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Using multiple devices or multiple accounts to gain a strategic advantage is prohibited.

6.1 Game Fair Play Policy

anc77 ensures fair and transparent outcomes in all games. We use games from trusted providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt and Microgaming) that are tested by independent third parties. Using any software or automation tools to play games is strictly prohibited.

Section 7 Prohibited Activities and Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the anc77 platform and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Bonus abuse — claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts.
• Using software bots or automated systems in games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

Section 8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

anc77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any reason. An account may be closed in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements.
• Account closure at the user's own request.

8.1 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a policy violation, earned bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited. However, if the account is closed at the user's own request and no policy violation has occurred, the remaining balance will be returned via the relevant method.

Section 9 Responsible Gaming
